By making a reservation, guests agree to follow the house rules and respect the property, neighbours, and quiet hours.

The property may only be used by the guests included in the reservation. Parties, events, smoking indoors, pets, and unauthorized visitors are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The host reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the house rules are violated.
